How to Begin
Consultation
First, give us a call at (650) 709-9780 to start the intake process. A member of our team will speak with you directly to better understand your needs and help determine the next steps.
Intake Forms
Once we’ve confirmed that our services are a good fit, we’ll email you a secure link to our intake forms. You’ll also be asked to upload a copy of your insurance card (front and back) if you’d like us to check your coverage.
Scheduling
After you submit your completed forms, our team will contact you to schedule your first appointment. Your therapist will be matched based on specialty and availability to ensure the best possible fit.

Patient Portal
Our secure online portal allows clients to pay monthly invoices and access your medical information. Once you’re set up as a client, you’ll receive login information and guidance on using the portal.
